You are here for one reason and only one reason, to realize your dream.

Do not be afraid of your dreams coming true.

Allow them to emerge and become realities in your life.

The challenge is going to be getting you to forget what you already know as I am sure you may have a wealth of knowledge.  Open your mind and listen so you will learn.

Trading is both an art of great discipline and a science of technique where the trader becomes the discoverer of opportunity and follows the action as it unfolds. We are who we are and our alertness to situations is what ultimately defines us. Today was a good day because “It” (the market) humbled me. At the end of each day of trading, I discover who I am and maybe more importantly, who I am not.

I say it all the time we have the best group of guys working together.

There are no silly or stupid questions.  The more questions you ask the clearer you will be.

Being thankful is really going to make you appreciate everything thing that you do have a lot more.  And by giving of yourself more you are going to receive a lot more.  That is how the universe works.

Learning to take the emotion out of trading and trust that taking your signals over a period of time will leave you profitable.
